Our Christ-centered fitness programs are designed to strengthen your body, mind and spirit; they begin with devotion and building an impactful community with one another, christian music is played during the workout, afterward we enter a time of scripture-based Selah.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX Strong is a one hour workout class.
